A message from Dhaifan and Amirah

بِسْمِ ٱللَّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Like an archer who releases his arrow with trust in Allah SWT, and a rider who surrenders to the strength of his steed, we begin our journey together with faith in Ar-Rahman (The Most Merciful).

Your presence at our Nikah is a great gift, and your duas are the provisions we carry as we embark on this blessed path. May Allah SWT reward you abundantly for sharing in our joy.

A Gift from the Sunnah 🍯🌿

The honey and black seed before you are more than a token of appreciation—they are a reminder of the treasures gifted to us through the Sunnah.

🍯 Honey

The Prophet ﷺ said:
“You should take the two that bring healing: Honey and the Qur’an.”
(Sunan Ibn Majah 3452)

Honey, a pure and natural gift from Allah SWT, is known for its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and energising properties. 

🖤 Black Seed (Nigella Sativa)

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
“In the black seed, there is healing for every disease except death.”
(Sahih al-Bukhari 5688, Sahih Muslim 2215)

For centuries, black seed has been known for its powerful healing properties, strengthening the immune system, soothing ailments, and providing energy—just as a warrior prepares his body and mind for the journey ahead.
